Recipe of the Week: Whole-Wheat Buttermilk Pancakes. These were perfect: light, fluffy, good crumb. I think it’s the new can of baking powder I finally bought.

Library Checkouts: Season 1 of The Wire and Arrested Development, Season 2 of 30 Rock, and Anchorman. That’s quite a bit of DVD watching that needs to be done this weekend.

Other Projects: Sorting and putting away the random stacks of paper in my apartment. They are numerous and varied and huge.
